Please join us for this month’s lunch-and-learn focusing on health and nutrition. Dr. Janel Ferrin Anderson, a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, will discuss bio-individualized healing diets. Denise Allen, CPT will share her top 5 tips gained from coaching over 1200 clients how to build better eating habits.

Dr. Janel Ferrin Anderson

Janel is a doctor of Natural Medicine and a Functional Medicine Nutritionist. She spent over a decade working with prenatal and postpartum women and saw a huge missing gap in healthcare before she went back to school to fill that gap. She now offers people education, lifestyle, and nutrition support around healing imbalances and maximizing how their body functions.

Denise Allen is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach for Precision Nutrition (PN) - the largest online nutrition company in the world. She has a background in personal training, group fitness, and corporate wellness. Using the PN year-long model of a “habit-based” vs “diet-based” programming, Denise has coached over 1200 (worldwide) clients. She is passionate about helping others improve their nutrition, move more and live happy and joyful lives.
