Can I visit on the weekend? How do I get in?

5-Day Flex, Unlimited Flex, and Dedicated Desk members are authorized 24/7 access to the Lift Workspace. Drop-in guests must visit during normal business hours: 8a-5p M-F

Can I get into the building early / late? How do I get in?

Do you have free printing?

We have a color laser printer available for use by our members. Normal office printing usage is unlimited, however, if you intend to print a lot of materials, we ask you send the job to one of the many printing shops nearby: TIP Printing or The Office Boss


We subscribe to the fastest internet service available in Truckee. We tested our internet speeds over a multiple days and averaged: 48 Mbps (6047 KB/sec) download and 29 Mbps (3536 KB/sec) upload.

How do I reserve a room for a legal deposition?

If you are looking to conduct a deposition, we first ask you to book Martis Executive Room.

To reserve a room for a legal deposition, start by registering an account at www.members.liftworkspace.com. While signed in navigate to Reservations > Conference Rooms then select book now [link]. Press the calendar icon to select the date you wish to reserve. Use the calendar row for the Martis Room to select the time window you need for your deposition. Please plan for set-up and clean-up time. For the meeting purpose, please input the name of the legal firm you are representing. Next input your payment information.

Reservation Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel more than 7 days before the booking, we will refund 10%; if within 7 days of booking, we will refund 50%; and no refunds are offered within 24 hrs of the booking.

Before your payment is processed, your reservation must first be confirmed by the Lift Workspace management. We will review your request and contact you to confirm the reservation.
