All health and wellness professionals are encouraged to apply: massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, fitness training, counseling, primary care, chiropractic, nutrition, and your specialty.

Membership Costs

All memberships are based on the anticipated hours per month you plan to book rooms. The regular rate for each treatment room and gym reservation is $30/hour. The discounted rates per hour are shown below. Additional hours beyond the monthly hours are discounted.

Booking Treatment Rooms

It’s best for pros to have typical days and hours for each week, with room for some flexibility depending on availability. Each pro is encouraged to book a recurring weekly reservation for the month at least before the 1st of each month - earlier is OK. Your membership should correspond roughly to the number of hours you plan to reserve during the month.

Free Time is the amount of time you prepaid and is included in your membership. More details:

  • Free time is deducted from the member's account as soon as the time is booked, not when the reservation starts.  

  • Free time will be returned if the reservation is canceled before its start time. Paid time is not refunded if it is canceled. 

  • Free time is applied to the month during which the member books a reservation, not the month during which the reservation is scheduled.

  • The only exception to this would be for recurring reservations which are applied towards free time or billed on the 1st of the month.

  • Free time resets on the 1st of the month.  

  • Free time is used before attempting to use a user's payment source.

Respectful Booking:  In order to ensure the availability of rooms for fellow members and to keep room rates low, please only book the hours you will need. As soon as you realize you do not need a reservation, please cancel them. As long as you are using prepaid free time, you can cancel and rebook to change your reservations at no additional cost.

FAQ

Do clients who work with a trainer need a membership? No, physical trainers can bring up to two people who are not members to do private or semi-private training. Group training needs to be approved by Lift Community Management. 

How & When to Pay: Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month. You can enter a payment source in https://members.liftworkspace.com/account/billing/sources
