No! You are welcome to use your reservable space budget to host meetings with your team, clients, etc.
If they need to use the WiFi, they will need to sign up for a Free Community Account.

Great question! Soundboxes are reservable meeting spaces with complete privacy. Phone Nooks are first-come, first-served semi-private desks where guests use headsets and neighborly voices. We can provide headsets if needed. There is no time restriction when using Phone Nooks. Best for all-day or back to back meetings.

Yes! Non-members can book a Soundbox or meeting space (e.g., boardroom or conference room) without having a paid membership with us. Please see our “How to Reserve a Space” section for more information.

We are working to add up to 20 offices in 2026! For now, we offer Dedicated Desks. Please email us at hello@liftworkspace.com if you’re interested in getting on our waiting list for future private offices.

We have an online booking system where you can check availability and reserve the room. We will review your booking and confirm it promptly, usually within 24 hours. Check availability here.

If you cancel more than 7 days before the booking, we will credit 90%; if within 7 days of booking, we will credit 50%; and no credits are offered within 24 hours of the booking.

Unfortunately time left unused does not roll over to following months. Hours reset on the 1st of every month, regardless of when your membership renews.

It is a very rare occurrence, but it has happened. Membership and Pass holders receive 50% off of additional time for every reservable resource.
