    Background: Scott earned his Masters in Physical Therapy from UC San Francisco. He has lived in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area since 1996 and in 2002 was one of the first in the Tahoe area to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. He has worked around the globe with professional cycling teams including T-Mobile, Team Columbia/High Road and most recently with Garmin/Barracuda. He has also worked as a performance therapist with EXOS/Athletes' Performance in LA and Arizona working the NFL combine, international soccer including Aston Villa in the English Premiere League as well as Al Arabai in Qatar. He also was one of the first PTs to work with the Chinese Olympic Teams in Beijing. He continues to perform physical and performance therapy, bike fitting and other athlete training services in Truckee, CA.

    Background: Caren earned her Master in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt College in 1997 and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego. She has lived in Truckee for over 10 years and was among the first in the Reno/Tahoe area to receive specialized certification in vestibular rehabilitation. Caren has been using manual therapy skills for 15 years to help clients resolve mobility restrictions and using neuromuscular exercises to restore stability and ideal biomechanics. Caren has an athletic background in competitive swimming and outrigger canoe racing. She also enjoys snow skiing/boarding, waterskiing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, travel, music and dance, yummy healthy food, and old fancy cars! She also is the mother of 2 fun little children!

    Background: Laura graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from UC Irvine. In 2006 she received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA. She has worked the last 13 years treating individuals of all ages for orthopedic and neurologic dysfunctions. Laura enjoys combining her fields of study to help protect and balance her clients’ bodies in order to maximize their dynamic function. She lives in Truckee with her husband and two kids. Laura loves all things outdoors, especially mountain biking, backpacking, trail running, skate skiing and snowboarding. She has completed multiple triathlons, the Lake Tahoe Marathon, RTO, and the Great Ski Race. However, Laura’s greatest passion is dance and she continues to perform all styles from ballet to hip hop.

    Background: Kevin has lived in Truckee since 1998 with a brief adventure to physical therapy school at the University of Montana where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. For the last 3 years Kevin has focused on fascial counter strain, a light manual therapy technique used to help decrease fascial tension within the body in order to help the body restore homeostasis. Kevin frequently works with people that have chronic migraines, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as acute injuries and recent surgeries. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter rock climbing, skiing, going to the pump track and eating good food.

    Background: Taum began his 40+ year journey with Corrective Massage shortly after moving to Squaw Valley in 1976. The foundation of this approach started in 1979 with his apprenticeship with Lauren Berry, PT and Structural Engineer. This path has seen him invited to work with the US Ski team, the SF 49ers, and many professional runners and cyclists. Taum recognizes that the body is innately programmed to self-heal naturally when soft tissue relationships are balanced. His goal is to reduce the imbalances that interfere with that uniquely amazing ability. Taum is an educator and enjoys teaching and sharing this approach as well.

    Background: Caroline graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Scranton in 2014. She initially worked in inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, working with individuals who have had a traumatic brain injury or a stroke, however over the past seven years has transitioned to working with patients in outpatient clinics. She has focused on treating foot, ankle, gait and running patients, and over the past three years has found a passion in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and women's health. Caroline frequently works with patients who struggle with bladder leakage, pelvic pain and return to exercise postpartum. Her diverse background allows for a multi system approach to treating her patients. When Caroline is not at work, she loves to spend time with her dog, her friends and her boyfriend trail running, camping, snowboarding and exploring.

  • Chris Ball

    Chris Ball

    Chris is a lifelong snowboarder who has experienced firsthand the demands that mountain sports place on the body. He understands the crucial role that strength, mobility, and joint health play in both performance and longevity. With a deep passion for movement and injury prevention, Chris specializes in helping athletes build resilience through Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and the Athletic Truth Group (ATG) training systems. His training approach focuses on optimizing mobility, increasing strength through full ranges of motion, and developing the durability needed to thrive in sport.

  • Sky Abraham

    Sky Abraham

    Sky, originally from Buffalo, NY, is a strength and conditioning coach who has trained alpine athletes in Tahoe since 2022. A Buffalo State College graduate, he has completed four S&C internships—including with the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team—and holds CSCS, TSAC-F, and USAW Level 1 certifications. With over a decade of experience coaching ages 4 to 84, Sky was formerly the Performance Manager at Team Palisades Tahoe and now coaches full-time with the Northstar Ski Team. He’s passionate about helping athletes build resilience and come back stronger after injury.

  • Fallon Cox

    Fallon is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, TRX coach, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Minor in Dance from Santa Clara University in 2013. She has a focus in female athletics that identifies the unique structural, hormonal, and other physiological differences that affect female performance and nutrition across their lifecycles.

    As a climber, cyclist, long distance runner, and backcountry skier, Fallon understands the demands of mountain athletics first hand. Her personal experiences have translated into her passion for helping athletes build the strength and resilience needed to go further and longer in the mountains.

    Ben is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and with a background in exercise science and over a decade of experience in the weight room. He specializes in strength and conditioning, using a science-based approach focused on mobility, functional movement, and proper technique to help clients build strong, capable, and resilient bodies.

    His coaching goes beyond the gym—supporting long-term habit change and personal growth. Ben helps clients improve how they move, feel, and show up in everyday life, building real strength and confidence along the way.

    He offers a holistic approach to training that’s rooted in strength, function and sustainable results.
